Customer Order Policy:

For all special custom-made orders, we require a full deposit when you place your order.⠀
Please note* Deposits for custom work are non-refundable. 

Please keep in mind that it can take up to 8 days to 6 weeks for your piece to fully set/cure. 
This is to make sure that your resin piece is curing in appropriate conditions which also complies with the FDA regulations.
If you’re wanting a custom-made piece for a certain date - please know to place the order a few weeks before. ⠀
